We are proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Blue Sky Communities’ New York Ave Apartments, a project rooted in dignity, opportunity, and hope.This development will bring 84 units of affordable housing for families, including 13 units of Permanent Supportive Housing for individuals and families emerging from homelessness, which we will manage. Through our partnership we are honored to help ensure these homes provide not just housing, but stability, support, and a pathway forward.This is what collaboration looks like.
