We are incredibly proud to celebrate Sarah Dugan, our STEPS Program Director, on being recognized as one of the Daytona Beach News-Journal’s 40 Under Forty honorees!Sarah leads one of our most critical initiatives, working every day to identify, house, and stabilize individuals in our community experiencing homelessness and substance use and mental health challenges. Through the STEPS Program, she helps participants access safe housing, connect to treatment, build life skills, and create a pathway toward long-term stability and independence.Her leadership not only transforms individual lives but strengthens families, reduces homelessness, and makes our entire community healthier and more hopeful.Congratulations, Sarah, on this well-deserved recognition. Food insecurity is rising across Central Florida, and we’re seeing it firsthand in West Volusia.
